Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and safety protocols
- Train and develop part-time staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement
- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) plus occasional weekdays
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and direct diverse teams

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store coverage
