Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 2-3 Atlanta locations
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service escalations
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Weekly payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
- Train new associates on brand protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Food handling certification preferred
- Flexible transportation across metro Atlanta
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
