Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across multiple service areas
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend protocols
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service excellence
- Manage inventory and weekend-specific operational logistics
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for management review
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass background check and drug screening
