Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend teams during peak service hours
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism
- Implement and monitor weekend-specific operational protocols
- Conduct shift handovers with precision documentation
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Valid California Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
