Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members during high-traffic periods
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
