Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and manage loading dock operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Forklift certification a major plus (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
