Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Scan and track inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (barcode scanners, inventory software)
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Availability for both weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
