Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Supervise team of 5-8 staff members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless weekend deliveries
- Implement process improvements for weekend shift efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new weekend shift staff on equipment and procedures
- Address operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy
