Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and shoppers during peak weekend hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and health regulations.
- Monitor product displays and report discrepancies or damages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available for immediate start.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
