Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a pristine work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional support to management regarding shift productivity and reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
