Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately using our POS systems, handle cash and credit payments, and manage returns efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and optimize product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to execute daily goals and support store management during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with the ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
