Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pack & Ship: Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure efficient workflow during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
