Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
