Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales transactions and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with product inquiries.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor and display areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle cash handling and processing with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Assist in the unloading and organization of weekly deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check.
