Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Reliable transportation to Tampa-area locations
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
