Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Organize shelves, restock products, and ensure product displays are clean and appealing to customers.
- Inbound/Outbound: Process incoming shipments efficiently and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks to maintain stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers while stocking the sales floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
