- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the backroom and sales floor.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety and inventory management protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience accepted).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early shifts.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
