Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations and staff supervision from Friday 5:00 PM through Sunday 9:00 PM.
- Drive sales performance and meet weekly revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Conduct team briefings and performance reviews during weekend shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
