Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of associates during weekend shifts to ensure high performance and morale.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security protocols.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service by resolving complaints and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
- Compliance: Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for weekend staff and coordinate with the management team for weekly planning.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail management or supervisory experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
