Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend event staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of premium events
- Manage inventory and resources during weekend operations
- Resolve client and attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain event standards
- Prepare post-event reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in events or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in event management software
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Background check required
