Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail teams through daily operations and customer service standards
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and visual display updates
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare end-of-day reports and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
