Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic scanning, sorting, and stocking procedures
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Execute efficient order fulfillment and shipping preparation processes
- Maintain warehouse safety protocols and 5S standards compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional team communication during peak weekend operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time data tracking
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
