Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick, pack, and label orders for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with possible overtime during holidays.
