Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
