Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package customer orders efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently; flexible shift times available.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
