Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Manage the receiving and shipping docks with speed and accuracy to keep operations running smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy using our warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times to maintain a safe environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently for the duration of the engagement.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and social security card.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required for operating scanning equipment.
