Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to training.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily operational targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
