Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks and pallets using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas to ensure optimal display and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock rotation, and merchandise auditing processes.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to shoppers and team members.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.
