Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise between the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Assist with packing orders and verifying shipment contents.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with rotating shifts.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte, NC facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
