Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient movement of goods
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using barcode scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and quality control checks
- Adhere to company protocols for handling sensitive and high-value merchandise
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2:30 PM or 2 PM - 10:30 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with appropriate breaks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
