Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
