Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
