Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory accurately and efficiently to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided), to move goods safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Package and label shipments for local and national delivery with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing pallets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
