Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Organize, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently without conflict.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
