Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekdays if needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work history and punctuality record.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain organized workspaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the US.
