Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with safety certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle location
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
