Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Safely load, unload, and move pallets, boxes, and materials throughout the facility.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to manage inventory flow efficiently.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure 100% inventory integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
