Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in every shipment.
- Load and unload trailers accurately and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve workflow bottlenecks quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
