Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Mandatory availability to work Friday through Sunday shifts. Must be reliable and punctual.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver around the warehouse floor.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus; forklift certification is preferred but will train qualified candidates.
