Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within established timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using our WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse floor to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
