Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are precise.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required by the role.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to stock.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify accuracy in order picking and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must have a valid state ID and pass a background check.
