Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies on the weekend shift.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital records of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred but not mandatory).
