Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
