Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting products and preparing them for shipment within the specified timeframes.
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) to load and unload trucks and pallets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles for optimal flow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they are shipped to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency with basic arithmetic for counting and measuring.
