Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize packages to ensure accuracy and meet daily targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper handling.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend shifts only).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for every scheduled shift.
- Communication: Basic English skills for verbal instructions and safety briefings.
- Documents: Valid driver's license or state ID required.
