Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform general warehousing duties including inventory counts and organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
