Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
