Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with proper training.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- License: Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
