- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment and tools.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and scanning labels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
