Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse organization and facility upkeep.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and checking orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
